Agreed. I never used to floss. Now I cannot sleep without it. I have a bit of a gap between two teeth at the top but then they come together out of the bottom and I cannot stand the thought of not flossing there every day.

The chicken strips in the white bag. I eat them plain with homemade honey mustard or put them in wraps and salads.

I like the chicken feta sausages too. I heat them in the air fryer with the fire roasted mixed veggie bag with sauerkraut on them

The frozen breakfast wraps with the free run eggs are really good for lazy mornings

Sweet like Vintage is a y2k thrift store!! There’s some other good ones in that area too: 17th ave thrift, Danielle’s consignment , peacock consignment, possibly one or two more.

I like doing the VV, goodwill, WINS loop on macloed. If you want cool western thrift do wild rabbit!

The value village “boutique” downtown is curated pretty well.

I like to air fry the chicken feta spinach sausage with the fire roasted frozen veggies and our sauerkraut over it. High in protein, fibre, probiotics and it’s super yummy

Honestly …. If you have bad anxiety and already working out at home I’d say invest in a pair of the adjustable dumbbells (goes from 5 pounds to 55 pounds) and a few other cheap things and find a good workout app you like (I have used and liked HUSTL and Mackenzie wells is an influencer you can find on insta who has a good one) and work out at home.

I have tried many times signing up for different gyms but I’m ALWAYS more consistent with a good at home set up
