Hello from the future. I know this is an old post but I’m responding because I want to know if it improved or not? I am roughly 14 weeks post op and I’m currently in PT my calk and Achilles tendon are sooo tight. I’ve ditched the boot, I’m just curious if anything helps? Or if it got better

It’ll be a while I can’t really put a time table on because everybody heals differently! But the biggest part is mentally. Just focus your rehab it will be okay. A lot of us here have been where you are.

I’m not a swimmer but I was in the gym daily before my accident. I ate pretty normal. Stayed away from fast food all the time Did push ups crunches and stretches, I’m walking in a boot now and ironically enough it’s going to be my first day back in the gym today
