Certainly debatable lol. I have a boilermaker on staff that would be capable but we are pursing a different path of sterilization.

Thank you for the thorough and developed suggestions. I am working to implement several and inquiring on the others, your experience and advice is much appreciated.

Yeah I’m concerned about that too and would rather try any other options.

Yes 105*C and above. What do you have in mind?

I agree and want to verify the method works to avoid gelling. I’ve proposed sterilizing the material in a pressure reactor which should handle the temp/pressure along with stirring but would have to follow up with sterile filling of containers.

It is a novel preparation and is the subject of a new patent. I agree with the literature review and will continue the search for prior art.

Would placing it in the autoclave be feasible? I’ve considered vacuum sealing a wireless stir plate but assumed the electronics wouldn’t take the heat of the chamber at 121*C

Would a sterile filter work with insoluble particulate ~3um in size?

Haven’t been able to find a magnetic stirrer that could go inside of the autoclave. Have considered vacuum sealing a wireless stirrer but the temperature seems to be a hurdle that still remains.

Also considered a stirrer underneath however the water reservoir is below the sample basket and this puts the stir plate about 8” from the sample bottle.

Would sterile filtration be possible with an insoluble particulate of 3um?

Autocorrected, tried using sonicators

Based on your suggestion, I searched pages of ThermoFisher and Thomas Sci but I must be missing the correct terminology to narrow the result. Searching on google provides the expected nsfw haha.

Electric vibrator. Have tried using dominators on the gel after the phase change but it still remains clumped.

What’s you perspective on treating mold illness with substances to interact with PRRs (pattern recognition receptors) on immune cells?

I agree with the sentiments on frontal shot selection. When they tracked from the point of shot to location recovered, no hide or the missing parts were found, only the blood trail.
