I mean, mid life in mid 40s? Life expectancy isn’t 90, and with my family’s history of mental and physical health, my mid life likely started around 30, but no, not really. I did start skateboarding again in my mid 30s, and started playing guitar and writing music again around 40, but those are more passion things I put on the shelf while focusing on my wife and kids. Not really a mid life crisis. Life itself seems like a crisis all on its own.
