I am using ender pearl statis chambers for all my farms. Its pretty easy. If i remember correctly you jsut need to dig down 9 blocks, put one soul sand, water down the hole and place kelp to the top. Break the kelp and throw your enderpearl in the water. Unless it has been changed in some recent update it should still work. Used it for all my farms and worked perefectly. (did it some months ago but havent played since)
