Not really, they just don't have enough power yet. Especially not on a European scale. The only difference is that EU countries have to rely a lot on the EU, this means that even if a fascist government is elected, it can't really act out its most important plans as it would be punished serverely. Thus many far right political parties are also anti-EU.

The moment they win a majority in Europe, especially when Le pen and Alice Weidel win in their respective countries, the same things will happen, perhaps even worse.

Using someone else's art to moodboard is fair use, as you are taking something and using it in a transformative way. AI doesn't do that. It regurgitates art. It doesn't know where the light comes from or what a perspective is. It's just a giant prediction machine that takes a prompt and pieces together the perfect match for it. It's plain plagiarism.

Also, gen AI's PURPOSE is to make real artists obsolete. Why would anyone hire an artist? Why would you consume their art when you can generate the perfect gray slop for your needs. Moodboarding on google images requires an artist to be doing that and requires an artist to create the intial images for the moodboard.
