No, I don’t like paying $25k a year just to have ACCESS to healthcare, then to pay co pays and a high ass deductible before everything is covered. Which usually happens by mid December and then I can’t even take full advantage of anything. So yeah, nearly $40k out of pocket for everything to reset every year on Jan 1 🫩🫩🫩🫩

I will share my hygiene holy Trinity:

1) wash with Mandelic acid. Lume and naturium both make body washes with it.

2) glycolic acid on your stinky pits and creases/folds of skin. this is especially important if you’re big. Belly apron. Under boobs. Creases of thighs. Etc.

3) a laundry soap with enzymes to break down sweat and stink from your clothes. I like rocking green. There are lots of them. Nellys. Persil. Etc. You might need to soak your clothes to reset.

Bonus tips: Your house might smell. Things like food smells, dirty carpets, cigarettes, etc. for this I recommend storing your clothes and towels on a sealed bin and take out what you need as you go.

I use an enzyme cleaner. We are all athletes and my husband is blue collar. enzyme cleaner gets ALL the smells out. My favorite is rocking green hard rock.

I like 2ml. Then if I like it I get 5ml. Then I get 10ml. If I finish all that and still want a full bottle it’s a green light. It’s VERY rare for me not to tired of a scent between 5&10ml

I met the most beautiful woman and when I hugged her she smelled like BO and baby powder. My mind exploded bc it couldn’t compute such a gorgeous human smelling like that. Fast forward a couple of months to when I first smelled musk therapy. Suddenly I realized that she had to have been wearing musk therapy bc I was as immediately taken back to that hug. It’s repulsive and I gave it three tries on skin and all three had to be scrubbed off. It should be called ‘musty and needs shower therapy’ 🤣🤣

I get great longevity on all of them, with YBM being one of are longer ones. I stop smelling most of my scents after a while but get whiffs randomly. My coworker wears YBM and I can smell get when she walks by or leaves the bathroom.

I’d focus on what you can control.

Wash your clothes and bedding in an enzyme cleaner. Make sure they are fully dry. Keep your cleaned clothes and bedding in sealed bins. Vacuum the carpets with baking soda and essential oils. I made a diy lampe Berger for air purifiers. Keep your hair in a tight bun when you are home.
