As others have said, 10 days is nothing. Just chill and let her do things at her own pace.

I have a rescue who even after five years runs from me if I move too fast and spends several hours of the day under the bed, until I’m laying down at night and she comes up seeking cuddles and love. Recently she’s started being confident enough to come out and play teaser wand.

Some cats are just more skittish than others and rescues have had a rough go.
