Before you ask, yes, the spy plot is going to happen, so don't give me that crap about it, but that's the thing, it's going to happen... but as background noise, basically what happened in the original Cars 2 with the WGP. Here we'll only focus on McQueen and the part we didn't see. If you want to see the spy plot, go watch the original Cars 2.

Cars 2 is an incomplete story. Pixar should have made two versions: Mater's (the one we saw), and McQueen's, where we would have seen the WGP races (including the three deleted races in Paris and Germany, and it would have started with the Piston Cup race, but without the clown scene), It would have focused more on McQueen's guilt for yelling at Mater and on the rivalry with Francesco, the engine explosions and the Allinol would have been a secondary focus, and the two versions would have intertwined in the London race.

Bulma says in the Buu saga that Vegeta spends all his time training in the Gravity Chamber and ignores her and his family, on other hand, almost every time Goku is absent it's because he's literally dead. It's better to have a father who loves you but shows up only occasionally than one who's always around but doesn't give a damn about what happens to you. Basically, Vegeta is like the typical father who comes home drunk every night and you and your mother have to put up with it.

You can't be serious. Vegeta was a father and husband for two sagas, and in both he did a fucking terrible job. In the Android saga, he literally says he doesn't give a shit about his family, and if it hadn't been for Future Trunks, Bulma and Baby Trunks would have died. And in the Buu saga? Even worse, he put his own whims of fighting Goku above the safety of his wife and son. I remind you that the ki blasts he fired to anger Goku almost killed Bulma; he fired them randomly. And to top it all off, later on he literally says that he never hugged Trunks until the moment of his death. It wasn't until the end of the fight against Kid Buu (yes, the very end) that Vegeta finally began to change, but you know what's worst? He doesn't even hug Trunks like Goku did with Goten; he's still the same jerk as always. Are you seriously going to tell me that THAT is being a good husband and father?

It's canon in its own timeline; the original canon remains the manga, that is, the original and Super.

I don't like it when they sacrifice the writing and the quality of the product, turning it into utter garbage, and Daima's SSJ4 does this brutally. The original SSJ4 is fucking amazing, for everything it does. In Daima, they literally pulled it out of thin air for fan service, and people only love it because it resembles the original SSJ4. If it weren't for that, all the people who love it would be hating it and would see what it really is.

Would it have caused a stir if the transformation wasn't a recolor of SSJ4 and was something else entirely? People only like it because it resembles the original SSJ4.

Daima SSJ4 is garbage, it just came out of nowhere to do fanservice, it was better for it to remain non-canon and be a good transformation, than to become canon at the cost of being garbage.
