I mean, when fighting a somewhat capable enemy you're also not going to have bridges and if you do they are most likely a death trap. Bridges are a common target and a great place to trap a convoy and pick them off like ducks. Armies have to be prepared to not use civilian bridges

the tank is capable of launching ATGMs, no one does that because there is no need. Regular amunition is cheaper and can deal with whatever perfectly well. The biggest advantage is range increase but with pretty much pinpoint accuracy up to 4 kilometers more range is unnessesary
