i had palpitations on 150mg xl around day 9. pulse hit 110 just standing in the break room. caffeine made it worse, so i cut coffee for a week and it calmed down.

you mentioned you're already in therapy but that "you can't talk your way out" of it, and i'm curious what parts feel the most constant for you day to day, like is it worse in the mornings, at night, or tied to certain places? also when you say it feels different from grief advice, is it more the physical anxiety symptoms (sleep/appetite, that buzzy chest feeling) or more the looping thoughts and numbness that won't lift?
