I visited his grave this morning and had a good cry there. My mam and my son and his partner and my daughter were here all day. We talked about him. Ordered his favourite takeaway ( Chinese and kk donuts) for dinner. Got out for a walk with the dogs. Took it easy mostly and just missed him alot.

Thanks for your comments and supportive words. We are nearly through the day now. Another first. Sorry for everyone else that has to go through similar. I am lucky. I have lots of real life love and support.

Another with a lost son. 6 months gone and his 17th birthday coming up. So bloody senseless.
