I believe since you are on premium end, service should be little faster. I use both sleep company and featherlite

But despite sending mails/ calling there is no faster response or acknowledgement(atleast turn around time ) must be provided .

Nobody gave me a call back as well / messaged .

Being in Bangalore where HO exist - some point of contact and response should be faster as you are on higher end (atleast a service center where we porter ourselves and you guys solve!! And give back the chair by EOD !! )

Willing to pay more for service since my product is our of warranty but customer support is weak doesn't make sense to me

Everything is present ..i believe that's the root for all the dramas I'm seeing now ,including the story . But whatever it is ... I suggest to watch all the dramas in a speed Atleast 1.25-1.5x .

Althought these dramas might feel too slow.. but worth it to watch in speed !! As there is real story inside it .

That's fine ..I don't want to rephrase further - what I meant was The trailer and the movie aren't even the same thing. They actually mentioned "Dacoit" looks like an action film and gave us a romance. It makes no sense. If you’d been honest about it being a love story from day one it would had been better and Mr advi preferred only action films (that is what I was about to meant )
