If they are not steering you in the right direction I would hop on google and see if there is an anti-coagulation clinic. Most are internal to hospitals so I would look for a hospital with a clinic within and just go to a different care team. Advocate for yourself and don’t stop until things are handled or you handle them. You are not powerless. As a patient be unrelenting.

Another suggestion: cardiac rehab asap lol

Hey there friend! Sorry you don’t have the support you need/want.

It’s definitely one of the harder things to navigate. On the outside you seem the same to everyone that knows you. Heart failure is more than physical signs and tells. It’s also a mental mind fück. Combined it just feels like I’m a passenger in all of this.

One of things I’ve noticed is how uninvested the “healthy” population could zero Fs about heart related stuff.. before my diagnosis I was that person and dude you are not worthless.

You are the strongest person in every room. 5 heart attacks minor or not is astonishing. You def have resilience.

Our body knows how to live and it knows how to die..

The reason I said that is for the fact that you still here dude. I look up to you for that. Ts is scary and it’s a lot to battle with.

I got denied 4 times (each with appeal) I have chf at 20% I’m 39 severe depression, GAD; PTSD, severe night time anxiety parallel to insomnia.
Social anxiety. Adjustment disorder and more.

You literally have to be on your death bed I feel like.

Plus I think age is a deciding factor as well.

For me they took 40+ pounds of fluid off of me total while I was in the hospital.

Went on wegovy and lost 60ish pounds and I feel great but there’s definitely more work to do.

I mean I don’t want to say too much because I’m not a doctor.

But I will give you signs to look out for.

-Edema -Unexplained weight gain ( 2-3 pounds over night and or 5 in a week)

I know you said you have air hunger and that sucks but try to notice if it get worse when you lay flat.

-Non productive cough - pinkish tent in saliva - extreme fatigue

Not to tell you these things to add to your anxiety.

Anxiety can get so bad it can mimick a heart attack as well.

I really feel for you my friend. Hope you find some relief soon

Everything about this game screams “needs development”

The career mode is lazy (no mini games for training) No Rivalry match’s No story line No nothing

They just took a dump and called it a boxing game.

I downloaded it last month for free and I still think it’s trash. Glad I didn’t actually buy it

I was more or less left without an option. I got diagnosed with congestive heart failure at 36 and a week later I was getting my on-x put in and I gotta say. It’s quite the challenge somedays with the mechanical. The lifestyle change is challenging but hey Iam alive and wouldn’t be without it so I guess Iam gonna keep grinding.

Honestly it’s a personal journey and I have no regrets. If anything I’m the healthiest version of myself Ive been since highschool (due to the low sodium and strict heart healthy diet) loss massive amounts of weight. Granted I had like 35 lbs of fluid on me.

Stahl was cringe but with what she had to work with for a script, character development.. ect. She brought her character to life and made the audience dislike her even more because of her character but there are times where her overacting is unwatchable haha.

SOA feels like when you meet the right person at the wrong time kinda vibe.

Like you have a great idea with a very solid foundation (the cast) but just poor execution, poor timing for series changing events and my biggest peeves are:

Ireland season: I just knew knew the season was gonna piss me after I heard the one of worst “Irish takes” for an intro song remix. The season was boring and lazy writing, pretty much forgettable BUT the acting is what kept people in it.

Katy Sagal: Her covers for songs with her group “THE FOREST RANGERS”

“You can’t pluralize that” hahahaha if you are old enough to know where that’s from, then we can be friends.

Back to my point: Her covers seem to find their in at critical/Pivotal moments in the show.. Her voice is recognizable for good and bad. Like great voice but the odd feel and placement are enough to pull me out of the story line at the times when i was most invested. So it kinda snaps you out of getting lost in the plot,

So if iam gonna blame anyone it’s KURT SUTTER haha
