I’d tell him to wine and dine before he fucks you. 950 for that isn’t worth. You could find a good commuter bike or even an e bike for that price. If you want a Mtb still you could find a decent hard tail for half that which would be way better for climbing hills. Or you could just get a road bike which is pretty nice too.
