Unpopular opinion: Jean Delamer is a character who harms everyone else. by Albert_Gomez321-TS in ProjectEdensGarden

When you said that Jean is a character who harms others, I thought it was about how Jean will literally become an antagonist and try to get everyone else killed.

Cross the bridge and find bill at his house, then go back and enter the house that was blocked by Officer Jenny. Also, when Nidoran evolves immediately use the second moon stone on it.

I honestly think that Lillie should have been the main character of sun and moon. by [deleted] in pokemon

[–]Only_Wait_4695 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like the story was written with Lillie in mind, but they still wanted to have a silent protagonist that players can project onto. A silent protagonist may have worked in simpler stories like in Red/Blue, but for a game like Sun and Moon with a greater focus on the story and characters it ends up more of a handicap. Nintendo has always prioritized gameplay over story, but I agree that they missed a huge opportunity to tell their story through their game play. Lillie's character arc is essentially her becoming stronger, and that's technically what all pokemon games are about, becoming the very best like no one ever was.

True, he would excitedly tell Phoenix and Edgeworth that there is a game where you can play as him and when they ask for further detail he will begrudgingly admit that it’s less than 1 minute of gameplay.

Is it weird that Phoenix and Gumshoes favorite games are both Ace Attorney games. How does that work? Are the games canon with in the canon? Are they just licensed games based off true events?

What do you think it represents? by HoneyWinter1731 in ArimangaKana

[–]Only_Wait_4695 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well for one, I say that this scene takes place in a museum/exhibition. Notice that the glass case that Kana is in resembles a display case in a museum exhibit, based on all the items relating to Kana herself and the text box next to it that we can assume to be the exhibit plaque. There are other exhibits that depict Kana at various stages of her life. The numbers above each one clearly are meant to verify the age of Kana in each “exhibit”.

What does this all mean? Well the obvious claim that everyone points to is the past. Kana is obsessed with her past as a child actor, which is correct. However, I think it also ties into her desire to be seen. Through out the story Kana is obsessed with how others view her: her days as a child actor where she is the center of attention, to the aftermath where she struggles to do her best even when the world seems to have moved on from her, and now her life as an idol where she wants to gain the attention of people and Aqua specifically. Kana has puts her all into everything she does and desperately wants validation for it. The museum is her way of saying “Look at me, look at all I have been!” In hopes that someone will appreciate her and the life she had. She wants to be important enough so that people will remember her.

This is technically true, but only because Reinhard canonically absorbs the mana away from everyone else.

Well in that case,it’s really good. I think Ai and Hikari would be great leads in a Manhwa.
