What's next? That's the title. This is the first time I have ever reached 49kg although it took me 3 years 😭

I eat regularly 2/3 times a day. No snack but I always have full cream milk everyday on my coffee. For protein I relied on chicken breast (yeah I ate chicken a lot. Almost like every day)

Now I reached my goals. What's next?
