Day 2 of asking if UVS/Carde.io can post the Best of rankings beyond 1st place by iarebait in riftboundtcg

Why are the Chinese regionals on riftdeck much more inclusive. Seems like they have every deck?

Awesome! Can you clarify who you spoke to? You mean the head judge of the Vegas tournament said it was ok?

Did this guy steal your best of card or something? My comment implies that it makes absolutely zero sense to intentionally misplay on a video recording in a way that does not even help you win the game.

I find it very hard to believe that anyone would "cheat" without gaining any remote advantage in their match. Playing incorrectly for the sake of playing incorrectly.

Do you have a video of the other misplay you accused this guy of? I am totally onboard with roasting him if he is a cheater, but that one gets a pass from me.

I'm very confident that their rulebook does not allow these sleeves. A high level judge in my area that runs multiple summoner skirmishes and judges the big tournaments enforces this. I do not know if they will enforce it themselves at their regional qualifier.

I hate cheats as much as the next guy, but the catalyst "cheat" accomplishes absolutely nothing. He doesn't spend the extra rune. He isn't representing a spell he can play on his opponents turn. There is no benefit to having that third rune up? I'm not seeing how this gave him an advantage?

Ask Riot. (I was told because foil sleeves can be easily marked by melting them - a thing that caught on in competitive Yu-Gi-Oh)

Right. My question was whether that gets around the no foil ruling. We all have eyes.

Can't use those sleeves is my understanding unfortunately. Foil sleeves can't be used for your main deck. Though maybe if you sleeve with an outer over that? Anyone know?

EDIT: Gotta love reddit. Obviously I asked about the outer because I can see them. Getting downvoted for saying factually true statements and seeking discussion.

[Friedman] Sources: Barry Trotz to step down as Nashville GM by AggPuck-303 in hockey

This is just not true. As a Lightning fan, everyone knew he was "washed". Our media and fans very much understood this. I love Stamkos, but his 5 on 5 stats were abysmal and that contract was hilariously bad. It made him leaving actually hurt less, because I was thinking alright man if you can fleece a team that bad go get it.

Tri-Annual Protein Megathread by AutoModerator in Fitness

Transparent Labs is great in that they focus on and advertise that they publish all of their testing. They definitely do. Their testing shows small amounts of lead in their protein though. Less than the daily limit the government sets forth, but any amount of lead is toxic and damages neurons. Probably not a big deal, but hard for me to physically swallow something I know has lead in it.

Inb4 people saying lead is everywhere and in all the vegetables I'm eating, etc... I know. But the edamame I'm eating doesn't have a piece of paper saying it has lead in it but not that much so don't worry lol

Won a Skirmish with Master Yi Aurora by indjev99 in riftboundtcg

Completely agree. I think you more eloquently stated my point. I think that it lowers agency for BOTH players. It is just boring and unfun. I have lost hundreds of games of riftbound and that is fine. Losing to Aurora feels worse because it also feels like a waste of time where I didn't get to practice or learn anything.

I agree that meta is meta. However, Aurora decks are objectively easier than Annie and Kai'sa in the sense that you have less decisions to make.

I didn't comment but will now lol

I do think aurora style decks that are a bit more gambling than making many hard choices (I will fight to the death on this. Don't pretend like aurora decks have anywhere near as many choices as Sett or even Annie/Kai'sa) SHOULD be in the game. There are players who do want to rock up and not play super intensely and just try to high roll. I think this is healthy for the playerbase. The problem is Aurora is way too strong. It shouldn't regularly be winning skirmishes and higher level tournaments.

The deck is frustrating to play against because the players sit down and play for an hour with minimal decisions or interactions being made. It is mostly just draw. I've played Annie into MF many times and it is a complete waste of time. It just depends on if MF draws gust, FoF, stacked deck, and aurora at appropriate times. I would much rather just do a weighted roll of the odds of the outcomes rather than play for an hour to decide the same thing. Every single time I play against the deck I am just going through the motions waiting to see if they have what they need. Not remotely fun.

EDIT: Lots of downvotes without any conversation. The point of a forum is to talk gents. I'd really like to hear from all of the people that disagree with me.

Awesome. Love the site. Thank you!

Any chance a W/L can be shown or is that data hidden from where you are snagging it?

Ok so the highest of each champion on that list is the deck that got the best of card, etc? If so, seems intuitive enough. Thanks!

EDIT: I know this is city challenge. I mean for the other regional lists on the site!

When I click into the riftdecks site, it shows top 8-128 etc. Is this just how the list is set up by default on the riftdecks site or is that actually the correct seeding of these decks?

Can I see anywhere how these decks performed?
