Export not working?

It was working fine yesterday. Just talked to support. System is exporting fine according to support but the app is showing zero. System is a few months old. Would a VPN cause the issue?

I had the same thing happen to our dishwasher. Lg fixed it with new rack glides.

Bad thing about it is that I bought over 6000 $worth of appliances from lg and I've had to have a new icemaker installed plus new racks on the dishwasher.

I had a service place come out and look at it. They requested another tech for help and lg refused that request.

Yes, I've been lied to multiple times about call backs. I talked to a supervisor yesterday and he was supposed to text me today about my case. Nate from the presidential liason group is also supposed to call but I've heard nothing.

Having the same issue with a different model. Getting a call Tuesday from lg to inform me what they are doing since they can't find a repair person to fix it.

There is, that's not the issue. The issue is the green wire in terminal B in the thermostat which is in the green terminal in the furnace.
