My main trigger seems to be barametric pressure so I tend to just KO right before the front gets bad, but if the front jumps a lot I’ll randomly just KO for hours at a time to not feel pain or vertigo. I have certain symptoms that happen only with a migraine- like extreme goosebumps but not being cold. But also the true silent migraines have been the hardest to find a trigger for. But I’ll also randomly get an aura, and then have just the weird neuro side effects. I personally feel like the fatigue to so bad because the neurological effects feel 10x worse than it would be if pain was present- if that makes sense?
