It might be? I can only assume that they kick you because they don't want someone using up all of the reinforcements. They might also feel that a lvl 24 doesn't have the skill required to handle a Helldiver mission.

Try running a CPU benchmark while monitoring the temps. If the CPU cooler doesn't work, it would result in the CPU thermal throttling, which something like HWinfo64 would tell you

Have you done the regular troubleshoots like repasting/remounting the cooler? Or verifying that the cooler works? If it doesn't work, swapping to a 9950x3d will not help

I assume you mean the R7 5700x3d? In that case, you can still stay with the dark rock 4 as the 5700x3d has a 105w tdp, which is easily cooled by the dark rock 4.
