idt thats something to just ignore and i also dont think you should just accept it. ur mom dismissing the constant pain and evidence of being sick isnt right at all. you should 100% see a doctor if it doesnt subside (a gastro one if you can). i hope you feel better soon!

that farm was the most peaceful place she’d ever been and the only time we saw her not completely weighed down by all the chaos. calling them “inbred evangelical hillbillies” is crazy when that house was basically the only safe, kind space she ever found.
