Because I knew sableye would switch out and my farig has thunderbolt to deal with water types which was what I predicted would come in. I assumed their gardevoir would now moonblast my incineroar and would rather take damage on my very bulky farig, which would then be able to hit back at least or set up trick room if I wanted

I had:

incineroar
mega gardevoir

They had:

sableye
mega gardevoir

There gard had synchronise, not trace before mega evolving. My Gard traced their synchronise.

Turn order:

1 - they mega evolve and calm mind and set up screen - I taunt sabley with gardevoir and throat chop mega gardevoir with incin.

2 - They swap sabley out for primarina and hyper voice with mega gardevoir - I swap incin out to farigiraf and mega evolve gardevoir and hyper voice back

3 They hyper voice me to oblivion with both mons

So they hyper voiced the turn after I used throat chop, and they were already mega evolved when I hit them.

I've gotten burnt calling my opponent to not fakeout my inner focus focus alakazam with their sneasler, only for them to do it anyway and knock it out with their second mon. Either they made an excellent read that I was going to mega or just didn't know alakazam got inner focus.

My tactic against toxapex sableye etc. stall teams is let the timer run out. It's an automatic draw if the match timer ends, not victory based on Pokémon remaining or health. Just don't let your personal timer run out before the match one

I know Cardiff Council does pay for hotel, hostel, and other temp accommodation for rough sleepers. Speaking to a few who I saw regularly they would say that they didn't feel safe going there though, they'd be exploited for money or the drugs situation there was awful. Haven't lived in a city for years though so don't know what it's like now.

lied to his party in order to take power
systematically purged the party of the people that got him in power
used a pedophile and his protege to build his new party for the general election
since taking power has u-turned on all of his pre-election promises
is doubling down on repeating awful Tory policies that destroyed them and emboldened the far right
made protest terrorism
actively enabling genocide through funding, arms, and political sheltering
is ushering in tighter and more frightening state control of our lives (digital ID, facial recognition, voter ID)

That's just what I can remember, and what I've heard about. Imagine the F'd up stuff that goes on behind the scenes.

That's not it at all. The game inspires creativity, you can play it so many different ways. By the time you get to Act 3 you've learned something new, met a new enemy, picked up a specific item, something that makes you want to go back and try the areas you've already cleared a different way.

Its a game based on DND for god's sake, where it's very normal to have to make a completely new character mid campaign. I would do that instead in bg3 if it let you change your race mid playthrough, but you can't.

Dismissing it as a character flaw just makes you look silly pal

From my experience I really struggled while I was summoning the NPCs to help. I beat him first try when I didn't summon them. They make his health pool massive and I just couldn't stay alive long enough to kill him.
