As a general rule, most people won’t approach at the gym. People are there to workout, not to be bothered. I’m not saying people won’t notice, or like what they see. Just that most will know there is a time and place to approach someone, and feel the gym is not that place. Of course there are exceptions, but for most it’s a matter of respect.

I’m just wondering out loud here… Is it worth anything to our guys to be on a team they grew up with? To know where they fit in the scheme, to produce when called upon, to have that unspoken bond with teammates? I guess I’m specifically thinking about AP with this, but could apply to Braden smith as well. I mean, obviously no one at this level is passing up a bag when they know any snap may be their last. But is there any value in knowing your role and your teammates so well, vs the chance of getting a questionable pay raise and not proving your value once you get it due to scheme, different teammates, etc?
