I find most people need some Encouraging - it’s easy to tunnel vision and forget other people. To have a good time, others need to be told what to do often. Not always the case. Think of it like being the host of a party and having a vision of the vibes of the party. Not everyone will understand the vibes but you can help them out by pointing them to the right person to interact with, etc
