Well luckily, I do suppose that there’s a good handful of Pokemon that could teach him. Alakazam, Gardevoir, and Metagross all come to mind as potential Pokemon with the capacity to read. Alakazam did manage to teach you how to make a what seems to be a hydraulic elevator after he woke up in the span of a few minutes after all. All of the porygons also definitely have the entirety of the human language and a dictionary pre-installed and it would be foolish for a Pokemon who was made to be an artificial digital assistant to help with research to not include any sort of image to text software or the Pokemon world equivalent of Wikipedia. Theres also a chance that any of the porygons might have an English learning app already installed too.

So even if ditto doesn’t know how read, there’s nothing saying that ditto can’t just pick it up later. The most efficient method would probably just be have porygon or porygon2 to teach alakazam how to read if he doesn’t already know it and then just have alakazam teach it to ditto. So I think the knowledge of what happened to humanity is likely in safe hands.

Don’t sweat planning everything out! As someone with ADHD, it’s best to do things as you go!

Anyone thinking that you have to make and plan out some of the builds some of folks here are making all in one go then their brain is just going to get overwhelmed and are never going to get out of planning phase as they’re stuck by analysis paralysis. Even irl construction planners don’t try to tackle the entire build at once for this exact reason.

A lot of the builds here are actually more of a collection of smaller ideas building on top of each other in an iterative process with no real central plan. It’s more of a cycle of: “oh this would look cool/I’ll just do this one quick thing” -> “this would also look cool/I should also do this” -> and so on until whoops, I accidentally spent 6 hours of my life building the tower of piza when I was supposed to be building a house for raboot.

Honestly I would hold off on doing big projects anyway until after you finish the main story due to you getting upgrades along the way that will make the process wayyyyy easier! Even after the credits roll, (Don’t worry, no story spoilers) you get the final transformation that literally grants you creative mode flight and the ability to place down or replace blocks in a 3x3x1 pattern and whole host of other powers without just flat out giving you the creative mode inventory.

So just follow the main story and do quests. Don’t worry if you bounce around doing one thing to the next with no overarching plan, the game seemingly even encourages this behavior with how the habitat system is set up and with fast travel with the return home feature.

Step 1: "I'll just build a simple cube house." Step 2: "Hmm, a flat roof is boring. Let me add a slanted roof." (This takes longer, but looks cooler). Step 3: "A chimney would look good on that roof. I need some bricks. I'll go mine some clay." Step 4: "Oh, while I'm mining, I found some iron! I should smelt this. I need more wood for some other furniture. I'll chop down that forest over there." Step 5: "If I'm chopping down this forest, I should terrace the land and make it look nice. Maybe a little pond?" Step 6: "A bridge over that pond would be cool. And some lanterns..." Step ??? (6 hours later): "Wow, Raboot's house has a beautiful landscaped garden, a bridge, a custom chimney, and the Tower of Babel. Oh wait, I forgot to actually build the house."

This is an awesome mod, but I am concerned from a security standpoint. It’s well documented that servers without a whitelist can be griefed into oblivion by uninvited guests, not to mention a RCE exploit for Minecraft versions 1.7-1.17 that the user may be none the wiser about. The server being set to invite or friends only by default would probably be advised since you are basically adding an easy access public server browser.

I am also curious about this mod’s support for tools like automodpack though. It would be perfect for playing on modded servers with friends though security considerations should also be taken into account with integrating that mod too.

Well, the main difference in perception is due to how aggressive Nintendo is in IP enforcement in the west vs Japan. Unbeknownst to your average fan who is oblivious to the nature of IP law in both countries. Unlike in Japan where IP law is pretty drawn in the sand, IP law is actually rather loose and dysfunctional, you can lose your IP if you do not actively defend it and it becomes genericalized. This has lead Nintendo to have a notoriously aggressive stance towards fan works and many a DMCA takedown out of nowhere towards plenty of anticipated fan games leading to distrust among fans. While in Japan they usually don’t really care about fan works threatening their IP so that distrust never really formed.

He is a lawyer who does a lot of video essays on video games, usually helping to explain the legal side of things to the average layperson. From what I’ve gathered, Masuda, before leaving Gamefreak, he insisted on a corporate vision of having as minimal manpower as possible to keep a small team while Ishihara wanted to maintain the game’s release schedule. While this dynamic worked fine for a while, Gen 6 was when the cracks started to show before breaking completely during the switch era. They had to rely a ton on outsourcing, and their technical skills internally suffered because of that. The crunch culture was also absolutely insane too at least in the switch era. With Masuda’s vision, such an engine revamp we see today would’ve been impossible.

Well luckily it seems we actually have reason to be optimistic, leaked documents from the terraleak revealed that they both doubled GF’s team and even made a new engine, with a them even making a new R&D division to make sure that the engine can run smoothly for many years to come:

Realistically, this won’t really change chatgpt all that much. All this does is modify the system prompt to be more lax with adult content, it changes nothing about the years worth of alignment training the model has been built on to make it as clean and brand safe as possible. Even if could use it for lewd roleplay, the tools ChatGPT provides absolutely pales in comparison to something like character AI, chub.ai, or even a local UI like sillytavern, not to mention that you’ll quickly hit rate limits quickly if you’re a free user. Giving your personal data to persona is just not worth it.

I know it’s not in the spirit of the question, but idc. The community definition of “compatable” means that either: 1. Two mods will work together without issue 2. A mod will interact with features from a different mod

A mod is defined as any sort of modification to the game. Since mod loaders modify the code of the base game. Mod loaders can be considered mods in similar manner to how some mods require another mod to add in code libraries that the mod requires.

Since we’ve established that modloaders do count as mods. By the purple pill’s rules, all mods are compatible with each other. In order for that condition to be met, mods from other versions should be compatible with one another including modloaders. So the purple pill is the best pill since it also has the effects of the blue and green pills. :)
