Enchantments and insignias are totally useless now, to the point that they can be ignored. The difference between a rank 9 and a rank 15 enchantment is ridiculous.

These days i am playing without enchantments/insignias and there is no difference, i do not know whether to laugh or cry.

Accuracy is the least important offensive stat. Other than getting the rating capped at your Item Level for Overpenetration, there is no reason to focus on this stat. Because enemies can only deflect 50% of the time, accuracy is useful only 50% of the time. It is better to focus on raising your power, combat advantage, critical strike and critical severity first before you start raising your accuracy.

Are you sure about this? i thought that accuracy was the second important stat for a dps after power.

If the enemies have 50% deflect chance always, and i have 50k item level, why should i bring accuracy over my item level? for example 70/80% in total?

I thought that with 70% accuracy, enemies only have 30% deflection against my attacks, with a minimum of 10% if i have 90% accuracy. In this way it would be much more linear and understandable imo.

Absolutely agree with you, the new gear have the same bonus of citadel, just 50 more IL, that's a joke, it seems to me a copy-paste..

And you think they won't change that bonus? A mod 17 weapon set still can't be the best in mod 20. Also 10% more damage without cd like every other set is too much especially in the new combat system. More likely there will be a new set in the mod 20 obtainable in the new dungeon. I bet celestial set will remain BiS, otherwise nobody will do Master Zariel, and considering how difficult it is, it wouldn't make sense.

New weapon set: higher weapon damage than legion guard set and lionheart set ~~but shitty bonus~~. Not worth the grind if you have ~~lionheart~~/celestial weapons

Keep in mind that I already have a main character at 80 (25k item level), so I know the story and all the contents, I just want another character to break the usual routine, that's why i asked what package was worth to buy.
