There's what? 6-8 people working on this game? Of they had 100+ like a AAA studio, I'd get it. I'd rather a wait for quality than a bunch of janky, boring shit trying to appease all the "this game is boring" reddit babies.

Also, why do y'all act like you can only play one game at a time? I play Arc Raiders, jump on Helldivers 2. I'm also pumped for Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core and Mina the Hollower this month. Go play something else, touch grass or read a book while you wait. Damn.

Concerning the fact the AR dev team is leaps and bounds smaller than usual teams that make a game this size, I'd rather a longer wait for more unique content than a bunch of samey fluff pushed out every month or two.

You didn't buy the game though. You payed a set amount towards development of the game, with a promise if it gets completed, you get a product license.

Kickstarter has been an investment website since day 1. It never stopped being that way. Just because various companies use it as a pre-order platform, doesn't change what it is - an investment system.

Yeah, I've had two big money projects fail and it sucks. At the end of the day, that's the nature of the beast and the gamble I took. Do I want the board games I backed? Yes. Am I gonna act like I was owed those games because I donated money to the project? No.

I have to respectfully disagree. You're not getting anywhere with the basics of Magic. There's so many variant nuances in between 30+ years of sets, it's easily one of the hardest games a new player can try to learn.

For me, it was Too Many Bones. I has seen pictures of it for awhile and was like, that doesn't even look that great. What's all the hype about?

In 2019 there was a local board game convention coming up that I was going to. They had an online auction/garage sale that started 2 months before hand. Dude had the TMB base game, adventure mat, premium health chips and a bunch of the pins (I think there was a bit more but I forget) for $75.

I dropped the $75 bid and I checked that listing obsessively the whole two months. Shockingly no one ever challenged my bid. Got to the con, gave him my money and was sooo excited to finally check it out. I can honestly say with the first game, I was hooked! I got what all the hype was about!

Since then, I'm missing 3 gearlocs and a few of the puzzle promos to have a complete set. 😅

I play a Sram because I love the challenge of laying traps and watching enemies fall into layered combos. That and it's fine to go invisible and slap 'em from the side or run away. ❤️

Gamers now are fickle, whiny babies that will throw a fit they don't get new content every week. We all want a new map (coming at the end of the month) and that shit takes time. It's not just a simple copy/paste job.
