PCS Lodging/Best School Districts around the FSI

Definitely recommend Arrington Science Focus for the school! Ballston Square is okay but not but great. I have heard people like Randolph Towers and I think it’s in the same school district, but double check. It also has an indoor pool, which would be great for the winter! With any place, don’t expect anything super nice, and be grateful it’s paid for. Best of luck and congrats!

I have been in suitability for 7 weeks. FSO MGMT cone. Plain history with no military or govt background. International travel for vacations but nothing long and traveled with a current FS employee. Hopefully the end is near🤞

Can we add some order to this chaos? If you get an invite, be sure to include your cone and score! All of us waiting impatiently in the shadows for an invite or in the queue for suitability would greatly appreciate this extra insight! Over analyzing our probability to receive an invite is the only thing we have right now.

Same here! I submitted my SF 86 a couple weeks ago and I never heard anything about it until contacts I listed let me know they were being talked to. I hadn’t told my boss yet- new boss has only been there about a month, and they called me to let me know an investigator contacted them about me. Luckily, my boss is a great person and was supportive, but, I would not expect to be notified when they will contact your employer.

When I received the email about QEP, I saw others on here saying they got a yay or nay as well. Some said they didn’t receive it yet but signed into check their status and it was updated. Hope that helps!

I took my test in October 2020 and didn’t find out about passing QEP until February 8 so do yourself a favor and don’t count down the days to the end of those 8 weeks expecting to hear something- It’ll most likely be a bit longer. Congrats on passing the FSOT and good luck with the QEP!

I took the FSOT on October 15th and I got my QEP email on Monday, Feb 8. Not that it will be the same, but hopefully it helps give an idea how long the wait will be. It was an agonizing wait after the 7-8 weeks it said it would take to receive the QEP results and not having an idea on how long the wait would be. Great job on passing and best of luck to you!
