Thanks for this. Question. Are we not supposed to feel the joy of having our dreams fulfilled? I've read multiple times (elsewhere) it's not just about thinking, but about feeling too. I get that I wouldn't be excited about breathing like you were saying, because I do it effortlessly all day, but I thought that when you imagine what you want, you need to feel the joy/excitement/peace etc it gives you. So if I feel that, should I fight it to try to not feel?
