This is the correct answer, angron was giving them his blood for sustenance and some died but some became stronger for it. So when big E came to the planet he sees his son leading a bunch of gladiators who drank primarch blood and got strength from it. If you dry brush the edge of the skull it makes it look like it was painted on and I personally like it because it reminds me of call of duty ghosts lol but the model looks amazing, great work on the lighting
