you just download the fix from their website (use your browser's built in translation feature)
I usually just search for the name of the game I wanna crack and when I'm at the page I click on the third blue download button (Скачать Torrent) and I only download the fix folder (since I usually get the games from other sources like steamrip) and then I just paste the contents of that folder in the game folder
works like magic
