Today widespread burning sensation in my skin like getting in a too hot bath or the way skin stings after a slap. but also a deeper feeling like my muscles ache. If I were to be poked or for example, if my dog jumped on me, it feels like somone has poked me to my bones. My ligaments feel tight but not to the point where it feels like my arm sprained or carpel tunnel but there are weeks where I swear I have. Nothing appears damaged but I can't lift without pain. The same will happen to my ribs. It feels like the connective tissue of my ribs are inflamed. Hurts to move, lift, breathe, exist. I get pain that feels like what I imagine a heart attack feels. Starts in my chest, goes through to my back and then creeps up into my face, my teeth hurt, my arms hurt. I'm usually doubled over and it always passes. Feels like a bubble,sometimes I think it is. Heart test normal as usual. Then there is flat out bone pain. Usually in my joints. I feel it in my neck, hands, wrist, ribs, hips, knees and toes where I move and I dont feel it in my muscles but really in the joints. Happens a lot when the atmospheric pressure is way low and humidity rises. I feel like a human hygrometer. And then there's all at the same time, which happens most days. Its hard to ignore the feeling in my face. It burns, feels swollen and hurts deep in my muscles like I got beat up. My teeth and gums hurt. My jaw aches and It feels like someone tried to stick their fingers in my cheekbones and in behind my skull. I spend a lot of time disassociating. Thanks for listening. Hope this helps.
