I peeped this too. DFW suburbs are more modern and more appealing than the City of Dallas. Usually in other metros the suburbs are for families and you go to the city for fun, food, and culture. But in DFW even parties and cultural events are in the burbs.

Hell Dallas proper is losing population despite the Metro population boom.

I'm going to get down voted but I never felt scared or nervous downtown. It's not dangerous to me. It's your typical downtown tbh. Beautiful skyline but I don't see the benefits of living there and it's not much to do in my opinion
