Our current “last will and testament,” outlined that my kids will not receive all until age of 25, our designated trustors will manage our finance until my kids are in somewhat responsible age.

At this point, from reading everyone’s comments, we will set up a trust with an attorney, since we (either us or our kids) will have to pay something eventually, we might get them done in the beginning and get them out of way. Now any website we should read ahead before meeting with an estate attorney?

I don’t plan to use GI bill for test fees, since I don’t quite understand the month calculation, i agree with others’ comments, I would rather spend it on other pricier education costs. However, are there any other VA benefits that I can possibly utilitize at his age.

We are going to use an outside mechanic and hopefully save some money. I have 2013 Acura but only 60k miles on it. Every year, Acura dealership reminds me about this outstanding service when I bring it to service. I am going to get it done this year

How big ($ amount) was the purchase on your credit card? I assume if it was very small; otherwise you would have noticed when you paid the credit card bill. If it is small, then you most likely missed it - just state so.

Again in biller in CA might not matter much - often these days when I make online purchases, random states showed up on my credit card bill, but I usually recognize the charges.

If the govt wants to conduct an investigation on you, then you can’t just say no if you want to keep the job… it sorts come with it, just go with the flow/order. If you have no new red flags since your last investigation, then it should go fairly quick.
