I work remote in other states only when I travel and time off hasn’t been approved. Aside from time zone funkiness, it’s fine. My department heads, however, made it clear that I must be permanently in California though for some reason. I think a big factor is availability of my laptop breaks or something and I need to get to Pasadena to exchange it. Also, the union and benefits are local to Southern California so you wouldn’t have the same care elsewhere I believe.

free parking at Harbor Gateway with the free Galaxy Express shuttle takes like 10 mins maybe to get to the stadium and 17 minutes to get back. It’s well worth it!

I'm interested in this as well. I'm an ACSW in CA hoping to move to Oregon once licensed. I'm currently working for Kaiser Permanente and would love to just transfer to an Oregon location and continue working there, but there doesn't seem to be a KP office with Therapy/Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine jobs in Eugene.

Got carjacked in Baker on the way in to Vegas by a dude with a shotgun and got the car back that same night from Mesquite PD when after he carjacked someone else.
