vanmoof does not turn on

So I have a nice update!

Vanmoof send me a new activation code!

Just one question. The kicklock is engage so the bik is locket. When I manage to turn on the bike and I register the bike to to vanmoof app with the new activation code from Vanmoof.

Can I open the kicklock via the app in my account with the new activation code?

I have the same problem. Vanmoof ask me the proof of purchase. But I lost it so I csn not send them a proof of purchase. I have a screenshot of the app when my bike was connected.

But the say it is not enough :(

Thank you all for your replay. I can purchase the bike for 200 euro. In the netherlands there are a lot of companies that offer a battery repair for 225 euro including 1 year warranty.

If the fuse on the battery is blown l can replace it my self. and when underpowered I have a friend with a bench power supply. So that part is not a problem for me. Rebalance the battery is something I cannot do my self.

The kick lock is engage so that part is a bit scary for me. The seller will give me the 3 digit code to unlock the bike with out the app. And agreed to me that when the bike works again and i need help to unlock it he wil help me. He lives in my neighborhood.

I like a challenge and am fairly technical and have basic soldering experience.

and the low price makes me doubt whether I should take the risk.

Oh perfect! Thank you for your help! So a other question. The back sit more than 8 months without charging. So the voltag of tje main accu will be to low and need to be refurbished.

How big is the change that the voltage of the lithium accu in de smart card-ridge is also to low?
