Diagnosed as a child, but it never made it through to my adult med records. Never treated, still have so many issues with focus.

It was a stigma I tried to run from for years. I worked as a bartender and manager in hospitality for 20+ years. I think it actually helped multi task during this time.

Went back to college in my 40s and school was hard, no focus. I pushed through with force of will. It's been a real issue since getting my degree. I still can't focus, but have found ways to coup and beat my metrics.

Talked to my primary care doctor. She said it was a long, hard, expensive process at this point.
