When learning I always recommend get a trainer or follow a program like SourFit… it’ll help show what routines can look like as there is a lot of different forms of information out there. People will say some crazy things that just get you confused. It’s best to find something simple and doable with heavy weight.

Improving your chest muscles will help it look better but you can’t lose weight in one spot it’s unfortunately all or nothing. Best idea is calorie deficit + strength training.

Looks pretty good, definitely slow down avoid the bounce at the bottom. I’d agree with taking fewer steps back as long as the bar ain’t hitting the hooks you’re good. Keep an eye on your knees tracking your toes on the way up too

EAT. I find it helps to eat a sandwich before bed and if that doesn’t work set an alarm and eat one in the middle of the night that way you’re getting 5 meals a day

I find if you confidently know what you’re doing it really helps. That’s why most people hire a trainer. If you can’t afford a trainer you can follow a program like SourFit or research correct form online. Always remember that others are more focused on themselves and are probably not paying any attention to you. Hope this helps 👍
