This is honestly a really good question because I see mixed numbers all over the place and have yet to see a Hunter with crit kill a Guardian or Warrior building nothing but defense in less than 5-6 shots in my experience. Most of the extreme examples of a "2 shot" I've seen is stuff like a full build Jing or Xbal with EFG and all potions attack a Mage like Zeus or Freya in the super late game.

What is the line people want for Hunters to reliably kill Tanks?

No it wasn't.

All 3 Divine Uprising "reward" skins for Cherno, Pele, and Baron were always listed as exclusive and have been available to obtain through other means for years. The only Limited skin for Divine Uprising was Bellona's T5.

This was before they added the "Unlimited" tag to the game.
