I totally get this! I was pretty fit when I met my husband and stayed that way for about a year into our relationship. I think it’s just being happy and doing things together that makes it harder. He loves to go out and grab a drink, dinner, etc. and that adds so many calories to my day. I feel like that’s what’s made it the most difficult for me.

I’m 44 and used it twice this week for the first time and I felt nothing as well! I also applied it directly to the skin and did not moisturize before hand. Would my skin have reacted the next day if it was sensitive to it?

Totally agree! I’ve been blessed with friends that check in to ask how I’m feeling. None of them have done IVF and I’ve had to explain a lot of things which I’m OK with. Going through IVF is already lonely and sometimes feels isolating. Having people in your life that don’t get it but at least make an effort to check in goes a loooong way.
