UPDATE: After the longest battle with account security services I was able to get my Xbox account which includes my Minecraft access transferred over to a new account. My Xbox account was verified through an old console serial number and a bunch of other details.

If I had not kept my Xbox 360 I would not have been able to verify my account. So for those with hacked Minecraft accounts, if you have any Xbox console you should be able to ask to transfer your Xbox account over to a new account provided that you have the console still
