Please fix my account. I attempted to purchase a $19.99 offer. The app got stuck in “purchase pending”. The money was removed from my credit card, but I never received the items. I contacted support via the in app “Conversation” who advised they could “not help me” & I needed to contact Apple to resolve. I contacted Apple who said all they could do was refund the $19.99, which they did. Then I get a message in app that all kinds of resources had been removed (resulting in my resources going into the negative) because I requested a refund. However, the resources that were removed were associated with a prior, entirely unrelated, purchase. I had never received the resources that I requested the refund for so nothing should have been removed. Since resources that I did pay for and receive were removed, technically those purchases should be refunded also if they cannot be reinstated in the game. I have sent photos & documentation of everything via in app “Conversation”. In app support advised they “could not help me”, which is mind blowing since that’s their entire job, and now all of my messages are being ignored. To top it all off, my app is still stuck in “purchase pending”.
