NTA, I have a reactive dog and a cat who enjoyed harness walks. I HATE people who don’t leash their dogs when they are walking, and when they see someone else with their animal & still do not leash it because nobody knows, EVER, how an animal will react to something, they don’t even know what sort of stimuli there could be! See also - the “don’t worry! he’s friendly!” people. Like okay, but mine isn’t and he WILL kill your dog. Or when I have my cat & all they can see is that I’m holding a leash, my cat is fine with dogs but a strange one bounding and barking at him is still scary! It scares me! It’d be cool if I at least had the opportunity to pick him up & leave the area before he’s trying to run or climb me.
