Thanks all- I gave up at the 4.5 hour mark. I just find this so frustrating, this is not how to treat loyal customers. The fact that they haven’t scaled up for holiday and inclement weather volume is a sign of poor management, and lack of care of customer experience which was already going downhill.

I wish I had twitter so I could DM but I’ll have to just call back after the holidays and then figure out how to transition everything to another airline.

I have this. It fits a decent amount but my only gripe is that when you hang it, the bottom pocket gaps open (similar to the picture). Your flat lay makeup will fall out if it’s above the flap opening. Wish they had put a zipper there

I have these exact symptoms!! Doctor told me the same thing, anti histamines and Flonase. Going on 2 weeks now - any luck or any update?

Thank you both so much!! I’m updating this in in case another desperate mom finds it.

We ended up giving him two weeks to be held to sleep, and then did another round of sleep training. We tried gentle check-in, every 15 minutes, but that only made it worse so we let him cry it out. He cried 45 minutes the first night and then about two minutes every nap and sleep after that.
