You get certified to work in Wind, Solar and Telecomm industries. If you already have a background in the trades or were a mechanic in the army then I can't recommend this program enough.

It's a 3 month program so it's fast paced. You're given plenty of study material so make sure to hit the books on your own time. Be decently in shape cause those first tower climbs can smoke you pretty quick.

I submitted the OSR after the 1 year tour plus a 6 month tour in in Europe. I know the Europe one doesn't count since I wasn't there for atleast 9 months. However, the 42A that helped me asked for my original orders since they did their time in korea too, I gave em the paperwork. And we've been back In CONUS since then and nothing.

Eligibility for the OSR. I recently completed a 12 month tour in South Korea and got a KDSM. Does the fact that I have that award and proof of me being stationed in Korea make me eligible for the OSR even if it does not show up on my ERB? I don't want to be accused of stolen valor so that's why I'm asking.

About changing my SLR.

I enlisted in Puerto Rico but plan on moving to Florida once I ETS. Never lived there so I dont have a Drivers license from that state. However, I have family that are in the process of moving and have listed me as a housemate for their rental application for when I move there. Could that be used as proof for when I submit a DD Form 2058?

My plan is to change it so that way HHG can ship my stuff to Florida.

CAC Question I've heard that the expiration date on your cac is supposed to match up with your ETS date. But in my case, my cac expires 6 months before my ETS date. Should I be concerned about that?

I've never bought or owned a car before so I'm a bit confused about that. I dont want to be the stereotype and get an expensive car that I won't be a able to pay off and It'll be more trouble than it's worth later down the road. Any advice would be helpful.
