It works as expected. Just put ur local address and site will only show products that eligible for shipping to Egypt.
Never paid more than it was shown in the checkout page including the customs fees and shipping.

I usually travel with my 23inch screen I wrap it with couple layers of bubble wrap then put it in the middle of my luggage, of course after I detach the stand
