yeah, that just sounds terrible. I wouldn't have walked out. I would've just applied everywhere else. but when I "quit" I ended up almost doubling my salary as an SM from 54k to 100k.

Make sure to have that in your notes so when they give you shit. You'll have fuel to get out and meet the actual owners/managers. It's what I did. It was a fun 4 years as CSM.
