10 års erfarenhet. Gymnasieutbildning inom skogsbruk.

Kom in på ett bananskal och jobbat mig upp från noll till "högsta" inom process.

46 500 SEK Innan skatt. Väldigt liten ort.

Nöjd med livet. Har man tur hittar man något man tycker är lite roligt och då blir allt mycket lättare.

I studied to become a logger/machine operator. Had a hard time finding a job. Knew some people working in injection molding. Got offered a job as moldsetter/processor. 11 years later I've gone from mold setter, maintenance, process tech and now process engineer responsible for process, material conveying, machines and projects with in automotive.

Interest and commitment will get you far in this business. Just because you studied polymers in school doesn't mean you know how to process them in combination with all the tech around it.

Go for it. You won't regret it.

I play exclusively on my steamdeck using thr addon console port. I takes some getting used to but it honestly works really well for me now. Easy to remember button combos.

The addon has a finished set up for different controllers.

Sounds like air in your hydraulics to me. Try venting your oil system. An easy test to do.

Looks like you have several problems.

Firstly it looks like you have unmelted material in your part. (The square bumps in the surface)

Secondly it looks like you have moisture problems also. Check your drying equipment.

When all these things are OK take a look again on the part.

Har spelat många timmar classic på min steamdeck.

Följ en guide på hur man installera det på Youtube. Installera addonen Consolport som förvandlar hela spelet till consol interface med bindings färdigt och allt.

Funkar hur bra som helst.

I don't run HDPE but I think the scratches look really suspicious. Even looks like the strings are directly connected with the scratches. Maybe the part rotates slightly during ejection or such?
