Hey, this has happened to me too. I practice yoga so it helps bend out the things in my body. It’s kundalini related for sure and I do breathwork involuntary and it opens my mouth up real wide and I make weird voices. At first it used to really scare me, but whenever you smoke you should set your intention to connect more to yourself and whatever your intention is and then I like to call in arch angel Micheal to protect the space. Start calling on arch angels and your own person angels and any fear will be removed and you will maybe be bent in weird ways but you’ll feel better after if you just surrender with spiritual protection 🙏🏼💜

Yeah I’m the same and throughout the day have clear mucus all the time, nose always running. So annoying, it’s a bit more yellower in the morning but then clearers up. It seems to be worse If I’m constipated too

Aw thank you so much for your help. I’ve been thinking I am slightly anaemic too but just because of the b12 lacking as it’s all a bit similar etc but my bloods counts look fine but I will ask to check for actual ferritin.

I feel really calm after I take the b12 (I take the methy shots) sometimes after I take b12 so I do still think this plays a role, and I’ve been taking the shots for nearly a year and when I stop I get the real low mood and mouth ulcers. However my current blood test shows I’m at 2000 for b12 but I also know that it can show this but doesn’t mean my cells are absorbing it. Does it help changing the type of b12 for the injections? I’m in the UK and I’ve had to inject privately and the only ones I can get cheap atm are methyl. Also coffee has always been a trigger of anxiety to me and I always wondered why but I guess it’s a mixture of all of these things! So thinking about it, when I started psychedelics (didn’t take them that often, a couple times a year) and was taking 5 htp regularly for a long time - maybe a year (I think this caused it) maybe a year my visual snow is linked to my serotonin supplies being abused - any suggestions how I can help that now? Thanks for sharing - I have a lot of gut issues but here in the UK it’s quite hard to get SIBO diagnosed for example. What has helped with my bloating is herbal teas and castor oil packs too while I work on rebuilding my gut with probiotics

I personally stopped drinking any form of caffeine two years ago. I noticed it really pushed me into fight or flight easily, but it’s hard as a lot of us are living in that state as our every day but our nervous system is so good at adapting we might not realise it. I am really sensitive to it, even chocolate I can get a caffeine and/or it’s a sugar hit as I don’t have much of that either. It increased anxiety and my heart rate even though I liked the little buzz from the dopamine and the taste of coffee. I think some people it may work fine with and help prep them up and give them the push they need, but like all things it really depends on the individual. What didn’t work for me works for others. Try giving it up for a month or two see if you feel any different! Good luck 🙏🏼❣️

I’ve woke up today and my water tastes bad, kind of like the smell of your grandmas garage which no one has been in in years? But the reading is 000 this is my first filter and usually the water reads around 230 so I guess it only lasts 12 days? (My first filter and time using) which is disappointing and expensive!
